National Registration Fee:
There is a one-time ISR National Registration fee of $105.00 initially, then $35.00 annually for refresher students, which will cover the cost of a screening procedure to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child, and will be paid online directly to ISR when you submit the National Registration form.

Once you complete the registration the home office will contact your instructor and send her your child's information. You will then get a confirmation from your instructor for a lesson start date and time. After your registration is complete, you will receive a package from ISR that includes the ISR Parent Resource Book and a Parent DVD. You will also have a "gift code" via email to use at the ISR Seal Store to order a complimentary T-shirt and swim diaper (if needed).

Financial Assistance:
Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify. ISR’s goal is to prevent drowning and through our ISR Community of Caring, we offer lesson fee scholarships to families in need, to ensure that no child is prevented from enrolling in ISR Lessons due to financial need. Funds are set aside by ISR on an annual basis for families in need to apply for financial assistance to cover a portion of the cost of program participation.

Portions of the proceeds from sales on the Seal Store will go to our Community of Caring Scholarship Program, which assists under privileged families in providing their children the potentially lifesaving skills learned in ISR lessons. Upon completion of your child's initial lessons, every child should take a short 1-3 week refresher course every 4-6 months. Regular weekly fee applies.

Maintenance Lessons:
Upon completion of your child's initial lessons or refresher lessons, maintenance lessons are recommended to maintain your child's skills. Maintenance lessons are sold in packages of four (4) lessons at $40.00 per package. Please ask me for more details.

	I have my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Early Childhood Development. I spent the majority of my “early years” right out of college teaching children with different abilities, right here in Oklahoma City, at Special Care, INC. as the Lead Teacher in the developmentally 18 - 30 month old room. I then went to work at Will Rogers Head Start as a Health & Social Services Provider before deciding to stay at home with our four children, the youngest two of whom I have homeschooled these last four years. I also am a PADI certified SCUBA diver and our family enjoys just about every sport that involves the water! Those are part of the reasons I became a Certified Instructor with Infant Swimming Resource, but I'd have to say the primary reasons are these: 1. drowning is preventable, and 2. there isn't a parent out there who "wants" their child to drown and not only do locks fail, pool fences fail, and pool alarms fail, but unfortunately our best intentions fail... life interrupts. ISR provides that "extra layer of protection" and while no child is ever "drown proof" - constant supervision is always the #1 prevention keeping your child safe around water - I knew I wanted to be part of this incredible organization. Locations and Weekly Fee: In the cooler months (Jan-May) and (Sept-Nov), I teach at an indoor heated pool near the Lake Hefner Parkway and the Kilpatrick Turnpike between the hours of 9am and 1:30pm and 4pm-6:30pm. During the summer I offer lessons at an outdoor residental, saltwater pool near NW 39th and Council Road. Tuition for your child is $80 per week. I offer a sibling discount of $10 per week.
